Every Antwerp Heritage item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain high quality standards.

Processing Time

  • Production: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • During launches, holidays or promotional periods, production may take slightly longer.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany & France

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

Rest of Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Antwerp Heritage has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work together with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and find the most appropriate solution.
